Attorney Senem Mutlu Uşaklı

Senem Mutlu Uşaklı, a graduate of Galatasaray University (2006) and a member of Istanbul Bar Association, had begun her career in a leading law firm in Turkey, then worked for a leading retail company as legal counsel and finally worked for many years as senior legal counsel in a holding carrying on business in insurance, life and pension and portfolio management sectors.

Mrs. Uşaklı has obtained her master's degree in private law from Galatasaray University and currently she is attending a Ph.D. program in private law in Panthéon-Assas (Paris 2) University in Paris. Mrs. Uşaklı has also a book published under the name of "Public Offering and Distribution Methods in Public Offering" and some other articles written on this subject.

Mrs. Uşaklı has specialized and provides litigation and legal consultancy services to local and foreign clients in the following practice areas:
